June 16th, 2009Just completed the purchase of an Ocean Park property ~ partial ocean view. This property will be redeveloped to the maximum RF zoning allowance. Engineering is just complete to build out a 2 storey craftsman home (Post & Beam) with dormers and separate 2 car garage / which will eventually upgrade to a coachhouse.
