    Receipts and warranty information on home repairs or major appliances (roof, hot water tank, furnace etc..)

    A list of items you wish to exclude from the sale (fixtures)

    House keys (2 extra sets)

    FORM “B”

   Cannot be older than 30 days

    Current Financial Statement for the Strata Unit

    Any notice of Special Levies since you have owned the property

    The last 2 years of Strata Council meeting minutes

    Agenda of the last two Annual General meetings

    plus any extraordinary or special meetings within that period

    Current Bylaws, Rules & Regulations

    Name, Address and phone# for Strata chairperson & management company

    A rental refers to any tenancy of part or all of the property,  formal or informally documented.

    Full name and phone# of tenant(s)

    Start date of tenancy, and a copy of the rental agreement or lease

    Amount and terms of the damage deposit

    Statement of rental amount

    Utility cost addition or inclusion in rent

    Date of last rent increase (if any)

    

   

			Special note:  Residential Tenancy Act applies to just about all situations – formal or informal.  
	
	Rules of termination, rental increase and access to rental “area” apply.
